Anna Hopkins

Senior Manager

Anna Hopkins grew up exploring the North Saskatchewan River valley in Edmonton on Treaty Six territory and is now based in Saskatoon.

Anna is a community engagement specialist who brings her curiosity, empathy and systems thinking to every project. Her ability to quickly synthesize information, unearth shared values and interpret data enables her clients to make wise decisions. Whether designing processes, facilitating conversations, or building relationships, Anna takes a thoughtful, inclusive, and strategic approach to every project.

With a strong foundation in facilitation and organizational development, Anna has worked with nonprofit, public, and private sector organizations across Canada. She is a highly trained facilitator, having completed courses including Group Facilitation Methods, the Art of Hosting, Design Thinker, Systemic Design Labs, and Riding the Storm: Working with Outrage and Conflict. For Anna, community is always at the heart - she cares deeply about designing processes that engage and empower people to create lasting impact.

She has led complex community engagement initiatives on topics such as waste management, nuclear energy, climate change adaptation, Indigenous procurement, and Indigenous creative industries. Anna brings a thoughtful rigour to each engagement, ensuring clarity of purpose while remaining flexible and responsive as contexts evolve.

Anna has a Certificate in Public Participation and is an active member of the IAP2 Canada community, continuously advancing her practice through conferences and ongoing learning. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from Royal Roads University.
