Annalisa is a strategic communicator with over a decade of experience across industries such as energy, resources and international trade.

Most recently, she served as a senior communicator with Export Development Canada—a federal Crown corporation that supports Canada's exporters. Her mandate focused on ESG—specifically, designing communications strategies related to climate, human rights, good governance and sustainable finance.

Annalisa also served as a senior communicator and trusted advisor at the University of British Columbia and at Cameco Corporation—the world's second-largest uranium mining company. She has spent time on the consulting side as well, building strategies and developing content for organizations across Canada.

Outside of work, she is a former board member and Vice-President of Strategy and Governance for the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra and a former board member and Secretary for Women in Mining. She holds a Master of Arts from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria.
