Julieann Chapman is a dedicated professional grounded in Indigenous worldviews,
traditional teachings, and a commitment to providing culturally safe care. Her

and regional partners. Julieann focuses on holistic, relationship-centered

colleagues have the mentorship, tools, and organization needed to thrive. By

cross-departmental assistance, she ensures that vital community programs operate
smoothly and sustain long-term continuity. Grounded in training ranging from
Indigenous birthwork to executive risk management and Indigenous knowledges,
Julieann blends administrative rigor with deep cultural alignment to serve First
Nation communities with integrity.
Throughout her career, Julieann has built extensive experience across social,
health, tourism, security, and business sectors. A community member of
Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug, she now resides in Sioux Lookout, Ontario.
