Niké Gichuru

Advisor

Niké is an experienced management consultant and project manager with 8 years’ experience supporting public and private sector organizations with strategy-led transformation initiatives. Notably, she has worked with all levels of government across healthcare, infrastructure, and human services portfolios. She currently leads the Education and Consulting offering at Diversio, a DE&I-focused technology company, where she enables organizations to develop and implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies as part of their ESG and strategic workforce priorities.

Niké has worked at Deloitte and EY in corporate strategy, business transformation, and workforce advisory (change management, culture and inclusion, organizational design) and has facilitated over 200 executive strategy sessions and trainings, including CEO and CFO transition labs. Prior to consulting Niké was a public servant at the Region of Peel where she focused on designing and implementing programs aimed at improving public service delivery to residents in the areas of public health and human services (housing, homelessness, community health).

She previously served on the Centre for Mental Health and Addiction’s (CAMH) Board of young professionals driving mental health education and fundraising; and is a volunteer with the United Way of Greater Toronto.
