Randy is an entrepreneur at heart. He has been in business for himself in one way or another since he was 16. He has been instrumental in building several highly successful Edmonton businesses. For the past 14 years his focus has been in the Indigenous business sector working with communities across Canada. This has resulted in several successful business partnerships.

Randy has served on several boards of directors and holds his ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is honoured to have served on the board of the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business for eleven years and co-chairing it for five.

During one of his “retirement phases” Randy was fortunate to spent three years flying around the world, public speaking. His presentations were all based on his personal experiences and the lessons he had learned about business and life.

Randy has been married to Gerri for over 50 years and they are the proud parents of four amazing adult children. There eight wonderful grandchildren are their biggest joy in life.
