Victoria is a communications leader with over 16 years of experience serving the communities of Hamilton, Brantford, Halton, Toronto, Six Nations, Wahta Mohawks, and the Anishinabek Nation, in roles ranging from administrator to manager. She brings a broad and diverse professional background, including work with a leading post-secondary institution recognized for excellence in career-focused education and applied research, an award-winning creative advertising agency known for delivering innovative campaigns for high-profile international clients, a regional charity providing a full spectrum of programs to support physical and mental well-being, Indigenous non-profit organizations, the elected governing body of the most populated First Nation in Canada, and a political advocate representing 39 member First Nations throughout Ontario.

As an Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee kwe from Mississaugas of the Credit and Six Nations of the Grand River, Victoria's work is grounded in the Seven Grandfather Teachings and the Good Mind. She brings proven expertise in strategic communications and community advocacy, contributing to projects with measurable impact in operations, policy development, organizational and political strategy, advocacy, crisis management, and financial oversight.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Studies from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University, focusing on Communications, Public Policy, and Women’s and Indigenous Studies, and an Advanced Diploma in Advertising & Communications from Mohawk College, where she was recognized for academic and leadership excellence. She is currently completing the Leadership Development Series Certificate Program at Canadore College and remains committed to ongoing learning.
